gap for a turbo 420a

I just got NGK BKR6E's for my car, what gap should they be at, it is recomended around .045-.05 for a N/T but my car is now a turbo and has je pistons so is there a difference?

hey if you are turbo now there is a diff. You should gap your plugs about .32 if running low boost anything higer than like 10 psi then go to .28 .

I have some friendsd doing .20 but on 20 psi on a 4g63 enigne, It shoould all be the same any engine though. I have mines gaped at .32 for now since running low boost

dude 16 a plug that is a lot of money man look i kow this company that sells bkr7e's for our cars that are one range colder.

I bought 3 sets for like 40 dollars man or you can just buy one set like for 10 dollars..

Yeah, what he said... 16 a plug, f$k that! You should change plugs every oil change or every other... 16 a piece would kill you... the ngk's are the best i've used anyway, and the cheapest just about... upto 15psi, you should gap to .030, 15+ psi, gap .025. Thats straight from Len, cant get a better source than that just about, imho.

I believe that the gap is:
0.030" for up to 16 psi of boost and 0.028" for more than 16 psi...

Yeah, .025-.028, its not like your gonna feel much of a difference, as long as your close, you're set, I just follow what the HRC pit crew team does on their 420a motors most of the time, since they're running high 8's, low 9's on their forcefed neon, cause I dont have the $$ to dyno tune every single aspect of every little bit of tuning that can be done, where they can.... Must be nice, hehe. I know RRE knows just about nothing about our engines(420a's), as they told me that on the phone... Hell, I ordered plugs from them and they sent me the wrong ones (5's instead of 7's), knowing my engine had a Hahn kit...
