My shifter's been sticky since I bought the car a few months ago, and I was wondering, as long as I'm in there installing the Symborski kit, what kind of grease I should use to grease up the moving parts of the assembly?

Lithium grease will work as will general bearing grease. Even oil is better than nothing.

Yes, you can pick it up at Wallyworld (sorry EE) or parts store.
