Hallmen's old school style boost controller, anyone happen to have the insturctions?

Does anyone happen to have the instructions to this boost controller in pdf or word format or can someone scan them?

I need to check something out and Hallman took them offline from ther webpage and I lost my paper copy.

If I had the damn think hooked up wrong. You saw my other thread. I've tried everything and nothing works. Just close this thread, I'll move all the talk over there since I know its not hooked up wrong now :(
