i think so, on ess website. They said it can support upto 400hp so thats enough for me. Do i need big big fmic from like greddy? or should i get something smaller (what fmic?). i know i need to get 225 fuel pumps and what injector should i get?

if the standard t28 can handle 350, i think the big28 can be MAXXED to 450hp, i mean absolutely pushed to the limit. as for the fmic, the bigger/better flowing/less psi drop the better.
There is TONS of pages on dsmtalk about FMICs...

I plan on getting the large greddy fmic because of its ease of install, however there are a lot better/equivalent ones that are equally or cheaper priced, but I dont know about the install.
as for injectors, I would take one step at a time...

Our group in Houston are purchasing turbos from TURBOCHARGERS.COM and they rock. The Big 28 killer you speak of is the turbo that myself and a few other guys are going with. It gets full spool at about 2700. After I put it on my car we will be dynoing my car before and after to see the gains. One of our guys with moderate modifications, no suspension upgrades, shitty street tires, and a bad driver from a stop ran a 13.6 at Baytown Track. The guys there are pretty cool especially Tommy, he is the guy to ask for. Just tell them that James Mouton from EOS Performance.com sent you and they will take good care of you. We have about 20 turbo eclipses in the area that get together and beleive me we ask many questions and investigate everyplace before we buy anything from anyone.

If your set on a Big28, check out AGP. They are including porting and gaskets on thier T28. It uses the biggest compressor & turbine wheels in the Tbo3 family. (For those that dont know, this is catually, the BIGGEST T28 you can buy) I think the price is like $650. This is with a good core.

I havent been tuning into the DSM scene for about 6 months, and last i remember the only "Big 28" was the one offered by forced performance. From what it seems like on the turbochargers.com site, their "big 28" seems more like the previous FPT28/28 and the "big 28 killer" seems similar to FP's big 28. Whats this T28 offered by AGP now?

WHat are the differences between these turbos? Are they even tested or are people just throwing different wheels in there and seeing what happens?

I'm in the market for one of these pretty soon, due to ease of install and such, but i'm worried that being FWD, it's just goign to be too much wheelspin. I remember people with FP Big 28's posting FWD times of like 14.1@105 and such which is not too good for the tires...

BTW what is agp's website? agpturbo.com doesnt work...

My friend is running T3/T4 turbo and his running 11.9's with his second gen. I am not sure what else he has done. That is with big 18inch rims. Thats what it can be cappable of. It different tires and some tunning it can have more potentail.

The t28 or big28 can be made by anyone of the turbo shops but yes it is FP that pushes it really hard. I talked to a guy with a big28 at the track and he ran 13.9 with a heavily modded car and it was a GSX. That's not worth a shit considering my buddies car doesn't have all the main parts you need to race with a fwd. He ran as I said above 13.6. I also have to say (no offense Wade) the guy with the big28 was a better driver and my friend has a FWD. Once I get that big28killer on my car I will be looking for some t28s and big28s to play with. In April it's on!!!!!:D
