Lemme tell you about my new setup.....

Howell Automotive is currently building a 2.2L Stroker motor with JE 8.6:1 pistons, Eagle Specialties rods, Total Seal piston rings, race balanced and blueprinted rotating assembly etc. I wanna run somewhere between 15-17 psi on the street and 20+at the track on race gas. I have heard that the stock injectors on my 420A run about 190-235cc. I was thinking about buying 415cc injectors made by ACCEL. Do you think these will provide enough fuel, or should I go for 550cc+?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I already have an HRC Stage 2 turbo kit that has an AFPR. I also have a S-AFC.

I think you should go whit A 550 or biggher but 550 is still good for street any thing to big might be a little to much for daily driver. On my 420a I have a 2.4 litter stratus short block whit a 420a head its not in my car yet but I alredy have a turbo on it All I need to do now is re-build it .......I say go whit a550 or a 650 injector.

:dunno: maybe you should try one of the many online injector size calculators. give this a shot:

sorry im not much help but its a start at least

Do not use that calculator. I have personally found it to be very far off. If I went by that thing I would be running over 800cc injectors and I am currently running 550's. Kinda strange but not sure why it is like that.
