I've been installing my TRE tranny and some other mods for the last 3 days. I'm at the part now where the only thing stoping me from driving the car is getting the axles in my tranny. I've tried just about everything but they don't want to go in. I've put a 2x4 on the green hub and hammered with a rubber mallet, I've grabbed the rotors and tried to shove them in like that, etc... I've using so much force that the car is about to fall of the jack stands!!! How the hell do you get these things in? I've been tring for HOURS!

Position the joints of the axle so everything in perfectly STRAIGHT going into the trans, then push on the axle into the trans so there's no play and the axle is "compressed", tap the very end of the axle with a metal hammer or mallet. Not too hard of coarse. Should pop that ring on the end right in. This is the way I've done it the pass 4 times anyways.
