To vague of a question to give a real answer. If you have a typical setup(injectors, pump, AFC, etc) then you should be able to hit ~20psi on pump gas and slightly more on race gas. Minimum psi is tough... you can technically run 11psi, but without an external wastgate that will quickly creep to 17+.

Since no one really answered your question I will. You cant get the turbo to hold more than 22-26psi. Different for every car. When slowboy made there 400whp on a 2.0 with the evo16g, they pushed about 30psi then it would drop to about 22-24psi by redline. They said the spike caused the power to hit real hard, but the housing just cant keep up.
