Hey! Help would be appreciated on this.
Just got a 95, always had a turbo timer, has the k&n filter kit, UICP and LICP, 3kGT BOV,manual boost controller, boost gauge, a/f gauge, new revised lifters from mitsu. Now, in a month or 2 im going to be looking for upgrades. I dont want to make this thing a beast but kick V8 ass, what would be a nice turbo and other mods to do? Nothing bigger than a 16G, and i want to spend some money but not major money. This post might already be on here some place so sorry!
any help is appreciated!

Well looks like you don't have an exhaust yet. Better start there. I suggest either a APEXi N1 with the N1 downpipe. Or a thermal with like an RRE downpipe and high flow cat or strait pipe. You can then move to porting stuff like the O2 housing and manifolds/turbine housings. You can decide on what to do once you decide which turbo you want to get. I suggest an FP BIG 28 or the Big 16g if you want to beat some V8 ass. Also get an AFC and 550cc injectors and you'll be set. To make sure that you kick the sh*t out of those V8's you may also consider Greddy FMIC or the Hahn FMIC. You may also consider a Greddy EGT gauge to make tuning absolutely perfect.

Fuel pump, you will want at least a 190lph. Most of these parts listed can be bought used. The exhaust especially. I would buy the Apexi S-afc new but you can find it for 310 new. The FP-Big28 will run you about 850 or so but it will be straight bolt on and have slightly more potential than a small 16g. You may also at that point look into getting a boost controller. I don't know if it was mentioned in the previous post, but I don't remember it being stated.

Yes Joe P. MBC, gutted cat, and its on 18's, 3" Pipe out the rear but I think thats just comming off the muffler (not full)

I was thinking
Big 16G
550CC injectors
Exaust
Fuel Pump mod
AFC

what about clutch? what will the stock hold

with those i should be good to go? and what am i looking at cost wise. (EST)

Congrats on your GS-T.
I was also thinking about the FPBigT28. I'll give you the advice that was given to me, "You might want to think about either a dual stage boost controller (manual or electronic)." The FP boosts at about 3k rpm which might induce tremendous wheel spin. (Damn FWD.) A big 16g (around $650+$200-300 for the install kit) and a FPBigT28 ($750-900) are comparable. It depends on how much time you are willing to put into it because the FP is a direct bolt-on. You may also be able to find a good used 16g on the traders.

I bought a used Thermal 3"catback and am really happy with it. Some fellow DSMers have the N1 and are perfectly happy with them.
(BTW, you might want to change your car ID because its says "soon to be gst")

AFC definitely is my next big mod. Good luck!!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UICP w/ 1g bov
Thermal R&D 3" catback
Magnecore wires w/ NGK plugs
K&N FIPK w/ Injen hardpipe
Front strut tower bar
Rim Inserts (Hey I needed some rice)
soon- gauges & Joe P. will make it from my den to the interior of
my car, AFC

You'll need a clutch pretty soon, with all that power it will burn the hell out of the clutch
The FWD isnt as bad as AWD on the clutch, but definatly start saving.
I guess an ACT 2100 would be fine for FWD, they usually go for $320, get a new stock flywheel $120, Stainless steel Clutch line $20, BG syncroshift $40.
Labor is a bit much, I dont know an exact amount cause all places are different.

Easy to do yourself?

If you have the tools and the know how to drop a tranny, then it would be worth doing yourself.
I am not putting my clutch in myself. Def too hard for me.

First of all you don't need a new flywheel, that's ridiculous, just get it resurfaced, $40. I just put in an act 2100 in my fwd with the rre stainless clutch line and bg synchroshift. It was my first clutch job, so a friend helped out a lot but it really isn't that bad, and the 2100 feels really nice. Almost done breaking it in.

Why is a new flywheel ridiculous??
Your putting a high performance clutch in there, SS clutch line, BG synchroshift. And your only going to resurface your old stock flywheel AGAIN?
Why would you wanna do that, go for a new flywheel and start over again

Well, simply because the flywheel can be resurfaced I'm guessing twice before it has to be replaced. Why not resurface, it saves you almost $100 and by buying a new one you aren't getting anything that will hold the power better. Do you immediately go out and buy new rotors if yours are warped, I would go and get them turned if they can be. Again, there's enough substance on the flywheel where you don't need a new one, just get it resurfaced. Why watse money, when you don't have to? It's like buying new tires when you really just have to rotate them.

I was thinking
Big 16G
550CC injectors
Exaust
Fuel Pump mod
AFC
I think that is a good upgrade path... but in this order

1. Full 3" "turbo back exhaust" (downpipe + cat-back)
2. www.DSMLink.com dsmlink
3. www.ForcePerformance.com BIG28
4. fuel pump & at least 550cc injectors

(if you do it in this order, you will be able to tune and run your car safely with whatever mods you have because of the dsm link(its like a data loger and AFC combined) ... once you get the Big28 you will be able to tune according to your "stock" fuel system and run safely... by adding fuel upgrades you'll be able to turn the boost up and then maximize the potential out of the turbo :)
