All the cars are mine kinda sorta. The champagne one is my brothers and the black cherry one is my dads. I have done all the work and such so the hours and days and months ive spent on them/with them makes them mine in some way. Plus I treat them all like mine. Yea I said its pretty bad addiction... I forgot above I had a 96 TSi FWD (red) but after sitting here for a few months awaiting a 6bolt the title went "missing" the kid who sold it to me cheap said... in reality he never paid the car off  and the reason he tried to ditch it on me was because the repo men were on his ass so he parted it out and left me the remains...long story we wont go there!?
Let me make it clear that for the most part I wont buy a running DSM. I search out cars with problems, bad motors, transmissions or my fav CW lol and then fix them or build them. I bought my black/silver 1G back when I was 16 and had nothing but problems. I did all the regualr work on it but pretty much just the basics. After paying 1 clutch install I swore never to let anyone work on my car again! On the offseason (from landscaping) Id work at a local DSM shop and did side work here at the house. So as it stands my dad got his car new (clearly running) and I got my 1G running but all the others were bought with a problem or bad motor.
Working on new/better pics of the other cars especially the champagne one as its sitting on new rims and lowered!
Thanks again for the DSM love...yea I kinda have a dsm meet in the driveway, its fun playing musical chairs to get them out tho ugh!

Dude, lets get that 10 sec talon working, and we will go for a ride. Hope to see you around though.

Talon167, ahh my inspiration. I wanted bronze rota's but once I saw yours and that I could actually get the subzeros in royal black I was hooked. Im sure you remember our conversations (via email) previous to and around the time I actually got mine. The GST taken on a great transformation since then... it was sadly, almost a parts car to the previous owner. But yes our cars are twins and damn good looking ones at that :D I need to get a few pics of the brake kit I have on the car now, front and rear. I really love the way the red calipers show through behind the black rims, ive gotten a ton of comments on them...plus they stop very well.

I am kinda partial to the 1G Talon's yes, I grew up with my dad's 1990 so I fell in love and was hooked. It also a bit easier to get ahold of 1G talon's then eclipse's. Oh well they are all fun in their own way.

Yea, I remember. Car looks awesome. :D

Ironically, I wanted bronze wheels too, but when I couldn't find any and was being told by all the places I was calling it'd be a good 6 weeks before they'd have them, I went another route. The royal black looks great... especially when rolling.

Glad things worked out for you.

* Edit: I'd love to see some updated pictures for sure.

No that picture was taken while driving to the Outer Banks this summer. I have never been to the Myrtle Beach meet before.
