So what are Borg Warner turbos used on anyway? Are they Heavy industry like MHI? Or just really-really HUGE-make-people-piss-their-pants turbo builders with nothing but time on their hands?

EDIT: Oh and are they the same BW that makes aftermarket parts like plug wires, coils, and all that junk?

And how much a difference does it make as I see you are using 2inch piping? Possibly 2.25? But with the smaller piping does it help or hinder the air flow volume? I ask this because I have 2.5inch on a 14B and it seems like its just to much volume space for the pressure my little turbo produces. And how much does it affect the air velocity, creating lag and such?

Ummm I'm using complete 3in upper and lower IC piping lol.
My bad! Disreguard that then, I guess it looks smaller because of the massive coolant return and vaccum hose(s) next to it? :D

In all seriousness though, it is a question I may search for. But really, what are the BW turbos made for?

We use them in MACK trucks (from 1996-2007 we used this and the S400 frame turbo), I am sure they are applied in other class 8 trucks also , as well as other HD applications.

Nice! Cant wait! In and out of car pulls?
