i just recently bought prothane motor mounts from Slowboy racing, and the instructions for installing it is very poorly written. i took apart all my motor mounts and need help on how to install them. any help will be appreciated.

cut/press out the old ones. then just slap a lil grease or wd-40 on em, and smash em in with a mallet. then smash in the brass inserts.
