New Battery Messed something up HELP!

Ok my battery died so i went and got a new one. I install it and i got to turn on my car and nothing really works. My interior lights dont work, same as brake lights, radio, power locks, pretty much everything. I need some suggestions to problem solving this. NO DaTa Logger!!

did you connect a 3 wires to the battery + post?

Did You put the battery in wrong at first then flip it back?
I did that in my 84 Bronco once on the side of the highway at night.
Fixing all the wiring and relay's and fuses was so fun!!!!

Make sure the terminals are clean and tight so you get a solid connection.

No i didnt flip it. I put the negative on first then it sparked and changed to positive first. What do you mean by 3 wires??
