I have a '93 Talon TSI AWD that I had for while now, but couple weeks ago my timing just belt broke. I already got the whole timing belt kit and was planning just to slap on the belt kit and see if it start. I'm wondering did it do any damage to the Valves or Pistons? If anybody know about this or it happen to you before please give me some answer before I'll go ahead and just install the timing belt kit. Any answer given i'll be happy..

Running a compression check can tell you really quick. If you have any bent valves you will have 0 compression in that cyl.
 
sine you got the timing belt off you could pull the head and inpsect it visually or just install the timing belt and then do a compression check. if it starts you should be good, if not then simply take the timing belt back off, pull the head and get the valves replaced.
 
Did the belt snap on startup, or while the car was running? Reason I'm asking, is that if it snapped on startup, you'll be way less likely to have bent a valve. I had a belt snap on startup, and a new belt fixed the problem just fine....I've also seen some horror stories w/ belts that snapped while running...Don't want to scare you, but it's not usually pretty. haha.

At any rate, I would advise a belt replacement and a compression test, like the others have recommended.
Snapped timing belts are never good....Good luck, man!

The belt didn't really snap thats what I thought, I was driving then the car just died and I kept on turning the key and it crank but i could see that the two timing cam gears is not spining. When I had the car tow home I took the whole timing cover and water,alternator,ac belt off to to the crank. I see the problem down at the crank wheres the Timing Belt tooth have broke couple of teeth and I guess when I turn the key you could hear it but I guess that why the car don't start because the teeth on the belt is not gripping onto the crank.

It all depends, there is no rule of thumb. But there is a very high chance of valve piston contact when a timing belt breaks on any interference engine such as ours.
