My current motor has cw so I just pulled the six bolt from my parts car.

So I have a few questions. Can I reuse my bs eliminator kit?

I will be using my je pistons and eagle rods in the rebuild. My current motor is bored .30 over. I read that the piston rings are what makes the bore size; is that correct? If so does that mean I can bore my new motor to .20 over and use the same pistons and just get the different rings?

Im not going to use my oil squiters since I have after market pistons and rods. What is the best way to block them? Could I Have the machine shop take care of that.

Thanks guys

Have a good turkey day!!!

There is no deffinate answer to the squirters question. Basically, after you read as much as you can, you will still not know which is better. I decided to go without on my current motor. There are pros and cons either way!

Read alot, and decide which you prefer.

When running forged pistons the oil squirters are not needed. The reason for removing them is because not only can they become loose and wind up falling out but by removing them and blocking them off you will see an increase in oil pressure.
