I got the 10mm bolt that is holding it in, but I've spent the last hour pulling at the sensor and it's not coming out. Am I missing somthing? Maybe not pulling hard enough???

why dont you just unplug the sensor at the connector instead of removing the whole thing from the tranny? There is a wire clip that holds them together-pop that out and pull the connector off. If you already have that off you dont need to remove the entire assembly to drop the tranny. It will fit with that part still attached
