Well,

I replaced my front 02 sensor last week. And I am still getting some pretty bad gas mileage. It did help alittle, and according to my 02 sensor gauge, I am getting some good reading now. So, I know the old sensor was bad.

But my question is, what can I do now? I do have new NGK plugs in them. And I am ordering some Accel wires here this week. Or should I get some Magnacore or MSD's instead.

Anyway, suggesstions are welcome.

Thanks,
Nathan

I bought the magna core's but found out that many people on here have had better experiences with Accel's (cheaper too). You should also replace your knock sensor. Try spraying out your throttle body with some carb cleaner too.

I had heard that too. I think I will order the Accel's tomorrow. I love the price too. I can get them for like $30.00 :)

Where can I get a knock sensor?
And when you say "spray out the throttle body with some carb cleaner" what exactly do you mean? Does that mean actually spray carb cleaner into and through the throttle body? I guess that wont hurt anything, huh.

Thanks,
nathan

First question
<early batman theme music>na na nana nah, SATAN, SATAN, SATAN

i think it runs around 30-40 bucks, don't remember

2nd Question:
Yep, just pull off the ic hose, spray it in there. Open the butterfly a few times and spray in there. I sprayed every few minutes for about an hour (probably over doing it). When you start the car, it will run like crap for a few minutes (you may need to help keep it idling) until it burns all the cleaner, then it'll run better.
