RSX Type S rims on a 96 Eclipse

What do you think, i will be doing this shortly, and was wondering what you guys thought about it, since they will be free from a friend in a few days, plus they have real good skins on em from the factory, only differance is the offset is off a few mm's.
The way i figure it, i won't be rice cause you can't see the Acura symbols when they spin lol, or possibly put my Mitsu. symbols from the stockers in the center.

Just wondering what you guys thought.

Take some pics when you put them on. I think they look pretty good on the RSX, so I'm interested to see what they look like on an Eclipse. Do you have any specs on them? Size, weight, etc.? Acura's website isn't working for me right now.....

pretty sure they are 16's they are the five star ones they have michelin pilots on em as far as weight goes not sure, but they have to look better then the stock 14" alloys

Rolling or not, I cant see having an Acura symbol on my car. Dont get me wrong, I dig Acura.... I LOVED the CL my friend use to have.

But why not go put some Ford stuff on a Chevy, ya know? Like you said, if you can cover the Acura symbol up, put the Mitsu centers in, die grind it off, or whatever... then go for it.

I once saw a late 90's Cougar with the stock 14s from a 2nd gen Eclipse... little odd looking.

Thats just my opinion

18's are the only size rim that looks right on a 2g. 1g's can get away with 17's for some reason, I don't know why. Just my opinion.
