Thats a new radiator?
Yeah same kind I ran last season but new, my other one got ballooned when I cracked the block back in Oct., it's amazing what boost will do when it gets into the cooling jackets.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys.:D

^^Thanks man, but I have to say that it isn't 110% "perfect" I'm still not happy with some of the things done. But it's good enough for now until I find more time to finish up the detail put into it.

As stated a few pages back with the pictures of the cams I can't disclose any specs on the cams (as much as I would love to but I have to respect FP's wishes), but they are supplied from FP and are Comp Cams.

The Cams I ran this past season were another set of proto types that I did testing on for FP. I will have to contact FP 1st before I disclose any specs on them.

Jake are these custom ordered pistons? And did you ever consider a coating on the top of the piston, or is that unneeded?

Just curious, they interest me....
No they are not a custom order, you can order the 1400hd's like mine from Wiseco. And I feel that coating the piston tops don't do a whole hell alot.

although it sucks we can't get any info on the cams you ran last season and this season, its great to see that fp is putting so much time and research into their cams before they start selling them mainstream. What were the cams you ran before these two prototypes and what were your impressions swapping from the old to the new? Im guessing fp won't mind if a review of their OLD prototype design was posted up, as Im sure you already sent it to them and they took everything you said into consideration while designing these new ones. Plus, if thye knocked your pants off the first time and these new ones are supposed to be better, all the big turbo boys will be drooling waiting for these things.

i understand if you don't feel comfortable saying anything though, fp has done a lot for you, and the community as a whole, so I respect their wishes.

Oh I don't mind talking about them at all. The cams I ran before the proto types from FP were just the HKS 272's. I made the switch back in July of 2007 with the FP proto types. These cams were simply amazing! My gt4202 turbo spooled 700rpm sooner then the 272's did. Mid range was absolutely nuts!! And top end was just a tad stronger then the 272's. But where it picked up the most is in the mid range and help dramatically in the spool department. It got to the point I had to kill some of the power through out the midrange since every time I shifted it would blow all 4 tires off lol. Boost was instant when I shifted to the next gear. And with the nitrous to boot, it was allot of fun!!
The new cams I have now are more steered towards more top end with even more midrange, so things are going to get very interesting needless to say.
