Weird Whining Noise at Low Speeds

I've got a weird whining noise coming from somewhere inside the engine when I'm driving slowly around in parking lots (1st, 2nd gear, and reverse). Doesn't sound like a squeaky loose belt. As I accelerate, the whining noise gets higher pitched and seems to go away. I don't know because my Apexi N1 then gets louder and it's tough to hear. At idle, there is no noise at all. What could this be?

I only have an Injen intake, Apexi N1, Apexi downpipe.

Perhaps it is a whine from somewhere in the driveline. Just to be on the safe side I would check and change the diff. fluids. and tranny fluid for the heck of it too.

You might want to check the power steering fluid level too.

My friends FWD has a whine in first gear too.

Its not that loud really just a little annoying whine.
Check fluids and change if they havent been done in a while.
