Pink. In all seriousness grey vein would look preety good with green.

How about gunmetal grey or silver or something like that. Other than the same color green as the car, it'd be hard to match without looking silly. You could go red, but it'd look like Santa's DSM.

 

I dunno the car wil be repainted in spring phantom blue metalic, I've even toyed with the idea of painting the engine bay silver....

Santas dsm......:tat::tree:.......Um no way with the red, thats a no go.

 

Shaven and pink (its actually neon pink, the light and flash kinda kill it)

But on a green car I would stick with charcoal grey or gold/bronze. I agree with lost spyder on the grey vein.

 

Pink and shaved is always my favorite.
I think the green fade looks awsome IMO. Im not a fan but i have seen purple VC on green cars and that doesnt look to bad. Black chrome looks good. Kind of like a shiney grey.

I also have a dark green DSM. Decided to make the valve cover Bronze.

 

I did mine in bronze and was called a subie boy for like 3 months.

I also have a 95-Green car and was wondering what color to make the valve cover. I just bought a brand new factory VC and it's not very impressive.

 

Oh wow, I'm diggin' the bronze VC by the way. Looks sweet. Some Bronze rims would look nice on our cars too.

The bronze looks nice. But I dont think you could ever go wrong with a nice metallic gray.

 

I got my VC done at bonehead performance in PA. Honestly I just really liked looking at the selection of colors, they also show different parts coated along with their wall of Bud Light can's (which is awsome)

I love the green fade, it was a pita to paint but I think it turned out well.

But for some reason I think the candy raspberry will look good with the phantom blue.

 

And I don't wanna do a black vc because all the ic pipe will be black.

 

That candy rasberry is pretty tight. It would probably look pretty nice with that color.

I'm doing it myself, I picked up a powdercoating both and oven. It beats rattle can. Although I love the smell of paint.


I'm prolly going to do it over a ss chrome vein, and add a 200% clear to it as well.

 

GotARed's VC reminds me of two things, Pepto-Bismol and Double Bubble chewing gum.

 

Oxidized aluminum white.
