I was driving my 90' laser RS-Turbo today , only mody is no aircan , and honey combs removed. I went WOT in 2nd , and the rpm's didnt move , it was like the car didnt know i was pushing the gas , the clutch was engaged because i wasnt even touching it....any suggestions. This only happened after removing honey combs/aircan.

Why did you take the honey combs out? Put them back in and try again.

fuel cut? did it feel like u hit a brick wall? i dont think you are supposed to remove both of the honey combs. only the lower one.

If you took out all of the honeycombs your car isn't registering any airflow 
, so put em all back in cept the bottom one (I think, havent seen a 1g mas in awhile)

yeah only remove the bottom one, you dont wanna be messing with that top honeycomb.

OK guess i should put it back in , i thought u were supposed to take both out , anyone have a spare upper, mines a little mangled but ill try to get her back in.

If you're careful about it you can bend the fins back into shape with something small enough to fit between the fins.
